So school has taken a month hiatus from humping my fetid corpse. Exams went really poorly, but they're over so I feel a bit better. I had originally intended to drive from Kalamazoo to VA in one go, but realized later that 600 miles is a lot of miles. So I stopped at my friend's house at around 9:00pm and spent the night. I went with her to see "Tenacious D and the Pick of Destiny" for the second time and realized that the weird groupie they have (whose car they take) looks kind of like my older brother.

I set off again in the morning (12:30pm) and had a VERY long but not boring ride. All along the Pennsylvania turnpike, I started taking pictures of the sky---which was amazing, but when isn't it? Unfortunately, I had but my camera-phone to take them with. Far from perfect, I still ventured to taken them. The sky was just too good to pass up, even if I had to bend around at weird angles to catch the picture while driving at 80 m.p.h. with one hand on the steering wheel. It was that good. Most of the pictures ended up not coming out well enough to put up here. There was either too much car in the shot, or it wasn't centered right, or there was too much dirty windshield in the way.

I realize that it was a camera phone and couldn't capture most of what I experienced anyway, but the "Moon Swirlie" pictures really took the cake. And dashed it upon the rocks. Then shot it in the head with an Uzi. And raped the remains. I only wish I had gotten to know my camera-phone functions better.

An~yway, I'm back Home now and ready to relax--but wait! I have to get a job! And apply for a student Visa! And write study abroad essays! And declare a major! And apply for more scholarships!
